Maybe, but def not rigging from the tree. Explain to the customer about damage limitation. Not worth a life!

Speak to your insurance company about possible damage. I had to do this once with a heaving Pine over a road closure and they were very helpful. It will put you in the picture when quoting.

Cut and chuck into river- then chog down all the way if neccessary easy climb.......

Put a decent amount on it, take longer to clear up than get tree on floor.

Did some elms years ago on canal bank, boss hired tracked wheel barrow, had tons of firewood out of it, burnt the brash on the bank small fires.

Happy to come and put it on the floor for you pm me- for the right price..

the death and taxes answer is great and so true neither of them can you get away from as you still pay tax when you are dead it is a real certanty that waas so real you can however minimise the impact of death duties and other things but you cant in any way swerve death

Looks like you could rig off the ash tree next to it, If you was worried about it failing you could even anchor into that tree and only ever by stropped into the tree with the disease. Its abit of a fiddle but alot more reassuring if your concerned for your safety.
