And who is to say Stumpgrinder isn't making the whole thing up:001_rolleyes:

What if the other guy charges for this service and is fed up with others doing it for free and he feels this is the only way to get back at them.

I bet consultants are fed up reading mickey mouse planning applications that get approved by the council when they have spent fortunes getting degrees.:001_smile:

what exactly am i making up?

maybe all of it:lol:, you might not even be a tree cutter:laugh1:

I was using the above as an example for scouser to why the site owner does not want to name and shame, he has also told the others why.

This is a good example of how things can be taken wrong through text:001_rolleyes:

If all you sat is true, then it is only a moral problem. This guy may have stolen a toy off another child when in nursery and never got repremanded for it, so he doesnt know it is wrong, you may of been a child that got the toy stolen from you as a kid and no 1 did anything to help you, this may be why you are lost to what to do, you feel robbed. Life is cruel, if you can't call the police about it then just put it down to experience and learn from it, thats what i did:biggrin:

He may have morals but he may be in financial difficulties, needs to secure the work to keep a roof over his head, im sure alot of us would bend the rules to feed our family.

i still say go and speak to him and take it from there, its the only way to move forward to the next step, whatever you choose that to be.

You don't operate sly like that if you've got any pride!

So it's alright to leave someone else without a roof over their head and a starving family?

If twas me and somebody was trying to take the money off of my table like that I'd be seeing him down his local on a friday for a quiet word.

Shame on YOU, shame on YOU.

I don't charge for mine and every village and town I work in covered by conservation areas blanket tpo's and heritage corporations with covenants ect I don't charge because I feel taking 5 mins to fill in forms for working in conservation areas is taking the Mick if they agree my price and want me to do the job, are the areas you work in covered stevie just out of interest??? .... Tree reports for tpo's is different .... Either way trying to steal work of another person who has already put them selfs down as the agent for the client on the forms is wrong , i usually know before the client does if its been granted, fair enough if the owner has done it by them selfs...
