any body else notice plant/tree life changing seasons or blooming early?

out doing a job today and came across a cherry tree in just about full bloom also this daffodil that has flowered and is just about finished early or what?

Prunus may be 'subhirtella' which would be flowering now and that daff looks a bit drawn. Have they had a cloche or similar on it I wonder:confused1:

Agree with the 'drawn' look of the daff: couldn't have been shop bought one planted out recently could it?

 

not a shop bought plant.

there were otheres in flower too, scattered around the grounds
