good afternoon lads, just after picking your brains if thats ok.

 

whats the current rate per stump/ tree for knocking them over (no extraction) for larch. just after reveiwing my rates and want to check that im in the right ball park

I have a base call out plus how many what size and how low they want to go, same reply to all threads in same vain but if you charge what you need to get by and customer is happy with it then is right price.

83p seams a little on the cheap side, bearing in mind if it is on a steep site you are going to be working at a slower rate, and given that fuel has rocketed up, you will probably be going through 5l of fuel, plus transport to get to the site. If you fell and sned 100 trees then you will only get £83 !

Don't sell yourself too cheaply.

Seems cheap. Steep ground you'll be going slower and your combi can of fuel has cost you the best part of a tenner. Is it SOD felling so are you going to have to disinfect tools and stuff as well.

ill second that,,, take into account the size of machine, fuel, cutters, how many people, and how long it will take
