If you went back 2000 odd years, A shore of dead fish would have been hailed as a miracle. Im not trying to be funny but thousands of years ago people were being sacrificed to keep the Gods happy because of floods droughts ect, you've only got to read the Bible or the history books to see that its nothing new. As I said Im not trying to be funny and I dont wish to offend I just think that its all happend before :thumbup1:

No offence!

Of course, unprecedented events are nothing new but some people are asking whether the number of unprecedented extreme weather events in the last years is, well, unprecedented; and is the result of climate change.

But don't take any notice of me. it seems even China is realising they need to do something about the problem. It surprised me: US elected politicians (and Australia's) are now totally in denial: but China gets it, and is acting.

Best wishes,

John Russell

What ever they say is or isnt going on in the world Ill still try and do my bit.

As silly as it may be when Im in the mood I buy younge tree's as whips and pot them up, once they get to a decent size I offer them to customers free of charge and even plant them as a small way of replacing what I might have taken out. It might be something other guys on here could do for the sake of a tenner on Ebay and a couple of plastic pots :001_cool:

Surely it's the widespread burning of rainforest to make way for soya and palm oil that's the problem IMO not this.

In the area where this drought has been no doubt the forest will recover and grow back (albeit over time).
