I had 8 yanmar 2 TNE engines . I sold a few Not sure whats left. They sold for £650 ea, would they be any good. I think they were 2cy water cooled 11hp at 3000 rpm . They were fitted to gensets so the engine should be able to run at 3600 rpm which should gain your extra hp. Diesel has better torque so you may not need 13hp. I am thinking of fitting one to my splitter but have not had time to find out about bell housings and couplings etc.
