second hand spikes

Anyone got any suggestions on what a used pair of spikes is worth? They are klein with buckingham velcro wraps. The leather parts of the velcro wraps in particular are a bit worn and some of the stitching is coming undone

pics attached. I got them off ebay for £95. They were described as new, with wraps that were used but in good condition. Both these claims are untrue, but i am trying to work out what they are actually worth before i try and get my money back

I swapped 12 Beers for a pair of Alloy Spurs last year and later bought a pair of Spikes just like yours in New Condition for £130 from a member on here.

 

I would guess £50 tops.The Stitching in the Pads needs doing,looks like a pair of Spikes Blagged from a BT Van with some Velcro pads added for extra VALUE!

i would not pay any more than £50 for them , the gaffs look like they have seen a bit of use , to replace the pads you will be looking to spend at least £60 - so all in all after getting some new pads, sharpening the gaffs and time waisted in doing this then your not far of having waited enough money to but a new set of ally bashlins !! , personally unless you need them for a job on tuesday then i would contact ebay and raise i dispute .

Fit a new pair of pads and a lick of paint Sharpen the shanks £130 lol

A Shoemaker will repair the Pads for very little.I have had mine Fail numerous times as those have, Riveting the leather might make the Rivet pull a chunk out.
