what's the secret then? because I'm not bad on the old cooking front....I've tried slow cooking it, on a low heat and probably all the other ways you can cook it and it's still dry an horrible!!

my ex girlfriend once cooked the turkey upside down by mistake.....it was the best turkey i've ever had!

 

in answer to the original question...i dont know as im round the parents for dinner this year but i hope its beef!
