do you remember to put your left boot on?

I keep finding i get cold toes, the rest of my foot is warm but the toes in both feet are freezing when ive been walking around in the snow!

i wear two thick socks and its making no difference

seems weird that its just my left foot??

sure is a puzzler, do you tie one tighter than the other? is one foot bigger than the other meaning its a tight fit and blocking circulation a bit?

I suffer badly with poor circulation in my feet so much so that when its cold I always get very bad chill blades. Last year I discovered Sealskinz socks not cheap at approx £30 a pair but well worth it. I even have warm feet in this cold weather

not uncommon at all to have one cold foot,

suggest good socks,, and warm your boots before you put them on,, use a hair dryer or keep em in the house by a heater.

I have a cold right foot maybe we should get together and make a pair:001_tt2:. As above seal skin socks are great. Think the technical name is Raynaud's syndrome.

Same here, but with hands. Left is worse than right.

It does sound like Raynauds Syndrome, which is a circulation problem.

If it's really bad, you can get battery powered heated socks. I would buy some, but my feet are always toasty running away from people wanting logs for '£50 a load because that's what Old Tom used to charge'.

when it happens next pull the boot off and hold in front of the chipper exhaust for a minute or so, it'll fill with lovely hot air:thumbup1:, don't let your feet/hands etc get too cold, stop before its too late and sort it out, my right foot gets cold when driving as its close to the legendary landrover door seal, its worse when theres an inch or two of snow on my boots.. ice blocks.
