with a prissik try adding a micro pully to act as a slacktender to help u to get a better feel when it comes to changeing to a hitch climbing setup.

never for get the prissik because the day u drop a bollok.that will be the one that will get u out of trouble.

climb safe and have fun.

I was just wandering how everyone climbs? i don't know any other way than using a prussik. I know the hitch climber is now very popular and seems a good system to climb with. I just don't want to be stuck prussiking all my life lol!

There's nothing wrong with prussiking all your life, but you really need to get someone to show you how to tie, dress and set more advanced climbing hitches before you try them out at height.

been using the swabisch now on both main climbing line and flipline/lanyard for about 6 years, before that it was the blakes for about 6 years then before that the prussik for about 2. Still use the Blakes and Prussik occasionally.
