Look on the bright side ranger, one of our lads gordon lost the end of his finger to our log splitter thursday!

 

Now that would make me yelp n swear. The last injury i had at work was a 3 corner cut in my shin when i walked into the edge of an Oak rail. I didn't pay much attention too it until my foot felt damp and my white sock was red. Quick scoot to the local A n E 30 mins later came out with 6 stitches and a big dressing. But my god did it sting when they put those sterile wipes on it to clean it out. I sadly did let a few F words fly around.:blushing:

A little update on my finger. After a week of healing i already have a new nail bed appearing and the swelling and brusing has gone down a massive amount. I had to get it lanced once. Which my dad did at home. So give it another week and it should be almost there but i have been informed by my doc that my nail probably wont come back but i'm not fussed about that.
