throw a rope around the top stand on the roof of the shed gypsy cut the back hope it tares down strop it back to its self as near to the cut as you can conni holds on well

 

or stand on the roof with a pole saw lol simples

yes i would, doesn't look that bad to me, maybe anchor in conifer and use a break away lanyard so that in the unlikely event of it falling you will swing clear.
