a bit of a wet day !!!!

the lads started with rain, then sleet and ended in snow in north derbyshire doing tree work, both came back wet as , as, well just wet - me and one of the lads managed to keep dry in the barn billeting ash logs - but still got wet when i had to clear the verge drain as we had a flood out on the road. j. - my geese enjoyed it though

Had the squits so spent the day in front of the wood burner watching DVDs. Back at it tomoz whatever the weather, we work in most conditions as you soon dry out when you get home, besides living in the Lake District its wet most of the time.:biggrin:

When I was an employee I didn't have the choice, this morning I felt like staying at home but I had two guys coming in expecting a days work, as it turned out it was fine by 10am and stayed fine all day.

 

well its pissed it down all day in leeds :thumbdown:was to fair up by lunch but didnt happen & was going to shelve mi new chip box out
