i was just wondering why they werent have the sycamores out too

It was an OCA job. I can only assume that it was for the landlord of the property we were working in. Therefore the beautiful sycamores were at an acceptable distance from the property. LOL

Why on earth did that come d.......... doh

Sweet wee number there Rich :thumbup1:

Hope the little widow maker came down after the last shot :001_smile:

.

Not my doing... The homeowner of the property at the end had got up there himself and hacked a bit away from his Velux. It is in a CA and the T/O can be a bit fiery. Might I add a very nice lady if your on the right side of her :sneaky2:

I wasn't getting up there for no money as she would probabley turn up and I would get a bollocking. (Again :blushing:)

I'm glad these pictures came out - the screen is broken on my camera, so you can't see what you are taking a picture of! Quite an enjoyable job today - taking down/felling various big pop's, in a little private wood.

The first pic is of the other climber in the neighbouring tree,

second - view from the top,

third - managed to catch the lump of wood in flight, just before hitting the pond (the customer said to leave anything that landed in the pond as he could get it out with the tractor in the summer!)

fourth - two of the stems waiting to be felled

David, truck was parked just the other side of the wall. Most cut and chucked or dropped just had to avoid 2 phonelines.

Mark, you know me too well. Forgot to add the rest of the afternoon was spent rebuilding the wall LOL
