Thank you, I didn't notice any rhizomorphs but there was mycelium at the base and of course, the smell. Oddly when we looked at the tree about six weeks ago there was no life but yesterday there was some green foliage, the last gasp?

Just the regrowth Stevie. I did'nt show him how to refuel the 200 and had to come down three quarters through the climb, swore at myself all the way back up for not using my cambium saver.

Here's the Beech that i cut my hand in last week so finished it today

it looked a pig, usual with pollards. i used my ropeguide for 2 days last week on sycamore pollards, it was great especially with the hitch guide.

Been literally running up trees this week with the groundies hauling the slack through for me.

 

I'm drinking too much tea though, 'cos getting back up after coming down is no longer an issue!
