Very impressive Carl :001_cool:

Out of interest, any rhizomorphs on the butress?

.

Thank you, I didn't notice any rhizomorphs but there was mycelium at the base and of course, the smell. Oddly when we looked at the tree about six weeks ago there was no life but yesterday there was some green foliage, the last gasp?

This mornings job with Rich my new groundie. Great worker, fantastic infact! We both train with the same cycle group, he overheard me offering someone else work and gave me his number. What a result he's a star.:001_cool:

get a ropeguide mick, would of made that job a lot easier on the arms mate, did you take it right down or just the growth off??looking good

Just the regrowth Stevie. I did'nt show him how to refuel the 200 and had to come down three quarters through the climb, swore at myself all the way back up for not using my cambium saver.

Isn't it the nuts?

Been literally running up trees this week with the groundies hauling the slack through for me.

I'm drinking too much tea though, 'cos getting back up after coming down is no longer an issue!
