Compression forks on a conifer which we need to use for rigging part of another over a green house, bottom sling and pulley was used to support the union, the top pulley was on the weaker stem then I used the tail end of the dead eye to brace the two stems together, the conifer being rigged out was taken down in 7 pieces, then felled :)ImageUploadedByArbtalk1378920298.041847.jpg.c238d3004c8668f79b0f41c298f86e83.jpg

I could of felled it between the fence, shed and greenhouse. :blushing::001_tongue::lol:

Hi David. We installed a flexible gefa type brace high in the canopy and an additional brace on a 16mm cable lower down. The cable was to back up and ageing static brace that's been in for about 30 years. It was quite a complex brace so Nod came down and helped me come up with a customised brace using the a new system he is working on. Didnt get and good photos in the tree it was raining too much
