My First real attempt at a small % reduction, although this was still probably about 20%. No before pictures im afraid. I did most of it, the boss did the bit on the left which looks abit harder hit, that was because the customer wanted it away from the building as much as possible. Cheers.

 

no offence but taking back to points like you have done is not reducing its lopping.

No offence taken mate, but its the best I could make of the situation. Happy to be crtisised as il learn from it :thumbup1:

 

If i was to have reduced the bit on the left, i would have done it differently.

 

Customer was happy. Job done

the right side of tree looks good though should be pleased with that :thumbup1:

 

was the ivy cut aswell?

hard to critasize if thats what the customer wants! like the top though!

Stripped abit of ivy on the way up to enable accsess to the crown, was abit of a PITA as always. Then yes, ivy was severed at the base.

 

what i like to hear, cant stand ivy. esspecially annoying when you dont do it and then go back in few years re-reduce it and its totally covered in ivy lol

Hiya were you guys working on the M5 about 6 weeks ago ?? im sure i saw that mog as a brove past
