went for a walk in my local park with the boys today, thought i would look a bit closer and see what i could find, the usual fungi, broken limbs, sign eating trees, but i found something a little different, there used to be large greenhouses in the top area beside the boundary wall, they were demolished about 15 years ago as the council just buy in their plants now. but i found 3 memorial stones in the wall, i can only guess it was the gardeners dogs over the years. i have played in the park as a kid and never seen these, it pays to slow down and look a little closer.
