Mog on wedding programme?

Wife is into a wedding programme called 'Don't tell the bride'.

 

Tonight there was a lad called Nathan Turner (?) who worked for a farm called something Arboretum. Had a nice burgundy Mog, loads of timber kicking about, massive log pile, saws etc. and a Stihl timber man on his wedding cake!

 

Sounded like Black Country accents?

 

Anyone know him? Nice Mog!

We work together regularly. He works at a small arboreteum called Bodenham near Kinver Edge in Worcestershire.

 

Best thing was he got the good old B.B.C. to pay for the respray of his mog for the wedding.

 

I was at a lot of the recording but ended up on the cutting room floor - story of my life!

 

We had a bit of a drink up and big screen in the local for the programme.

The manicure scene made me think of myself and loads of my farmer mates!

 

Seemed like a cracking lad. Even his mother-in-law conceded he'd done a good job in the end!

As i'm getting married next year the missus also watches Don't tell the bride. it's bloody hilarious some times.

 

I saw Tuesday's episode and the best one so far. As far as I'm concerned he did what he thought was right for his wife to be and put effort in to doing it. Unlike most of the lads that just blow the money on big Stags do's and outrageous suits and fancy venues.

 

Funniest bit was in the flourist talking about colour schemes. "I want Land Rover Burgundy, you must have it. Then hands the keys to the best man, Go and get the land Rover".
