Once the pallets are well a light i start droppiong brash on :) easy ) the grab makes it easy mind you!!

a few little fires here and there, as you can see we like fires

I like that mobile fire tray. Bring the fire to the brash heaps rather then the other way around.:thumbup1:

here we cleared up and oak tree that had been milled onsite a year or so ago, we got all the off cuts for firewood and burned all the brash/leftovers, looks abit of a mess, but there was a fair amount of sawdust that they wanted getting rid of

Our small yet intense fire we had on a NNR and SAM we manage on behalf of the landowner (Natural England). Currently have 60 man days (4 people each day) to clear about 2 acres of trees and scrub off the ramparts.

Give me a week or two and I'll post pics of the biggest fire I reckon will ever appear on arbtalk :laugh1:

No kidding, we have been building it with forwarded-in brash, pushing it up with a 973 track shovel and it is currently the size of a primary school!

Hang on!

Hang on!

There was a massive one up on one of the local WW2 airfields. Unfortunately it was an arson attack on a biofuel plant in an aircraft hanger. 2 biomass chippers torched as well as 300 ton of woodchip and 1500 ton of unchipped soft and hardwood stacked outside. It was burning for weeks.
