May as well kickstart this thread back into life. Here is my "wee" fire. Lots of Sycamore, Ash, Beech and Field Maple with two Sallow Willows thrown in for good measure.

Been burning up Horse Chestnut leaves by the dumpy sackful on one job to kill off the Leaf Miner. Always nice to have a TO approved bonfire, especially when the client has badly NIMBY neighbours

Could have got a corker first thing when i got it going again. With the sunlight poking through the trees into the smoke. Shame i left my camera in the van which was on its way to the yard to pick up the tractor.

She was a bit of a beast when it got going. We to keep it fairly compact as we were on a bridge and close to a public bridleway. When we are on the ancient monuments or down our fire pit then we can be let loose and have a fire as big as we want.
