Been burning up Horse Chestnut leaves by the dumpy sackful on one job to kill off the Leaf Miner. Always nice to have a TO approved bonfire, especially when the client has badly NIMBY neighbours :biggrin:

 

I have one of those 'billy goat' leaf collectors if you need it Mr Felix,saves a lot of raking!:001_smile:

Ahh its that time of year to enjoy a good brash fire,great pics Matt,love the sunlight in the last image.:thumbup1:

 

Could have got a corker first thing when i got it going again. With the sunlight poking through the trees into the smoke. Shame i left my camera in the van which was on its way to the yard to pick up the tractor.

She was a bit of a beast when it got going. We to keep it fairly compact as we were on a bridge and close to a public bridleway. When we are on the ancient monuments or down our fire pit then we can be let loose and have a fire as big as we want.
