tomo the big one can shift most stuff 20" no proplem it has a segrated edge so you can wedge it in and prise logs around the handle is very heavy duty ,mind you it was not cheap £ 70 but good tools dont come cheap .

Yeah Ive seen the price of them, which is what has put me off in the past- Im to tight to take a £70 chance LOL.

 

So you can really pul away on that thing no problem then?

I just visited some one last week and they were using an ice pick to pull the logs off the log deck onto the processor. Could be useful in the winter!

Been looking for one of these in the larger size to move some logs about,

seems they get called various things.....hookaroon/logaroon/log spike/even found em called sappies on one site........makes it hard work trying to find the best price for one :confused1:

Anyone got any links/heads up where i can get one of the above (dunno what to call em :blushing: ) at the best price obviously :thumbup:

A mate of mine bought it for me for my Birthday, He said he couldnt think of owt else to get me and knew i would like it :biggrin: Doesnt really serve a purpose if im honest, Although im sure it would make a good knot weed basher, Should that job ever come up :lol:
