thats a good weight Mick great stuff , my biggest sticking point is my legs , when it comes to squatting a can squatt 145 @5x5 but no matter what i try i can not seem to get past 145 , i know that being 6foot3 squatts are not the easyest but it still really frustraits me

 

Try hack squats...advice given to me by Mike Hill because of my damaged left collaterall ligament......They work a treat for me and probably you aswell taking your height into account.

cheers Mick, i will give them a try on my next legs day , what exercises are you using to train your ab's ? im currently using weighted russain twist's , planks, weighted crunches, leg raises and v crunches , however im just not making any progres with my ab's:thumbdown:

I think this thread is getting a little bit too shiny and disco - here is a brute of a chap lifting some very heavy weights!

From about 4 years ago, friends from a different lifting forum went. Missed another of his expos the other day back in Glasgow - wish I had gone.
