Great vid ian!...and soundtrack....my son Seb is on the video of you in wales at woodfest and i think he was at the yorkshire show...

 

Small world, yeah i was camping with the Durham lads. Me and Seb were swapping places for most the runs, he beat me in the finals. He's a top lad:thumbup1:.

Awsome climb, have just started getting into the pole climbing and ill say i thought i was a very fit lad but getting up that pole destroyed me my hats of to you. what sort of times are you looking to get for the novice class?

I hit between low 15's and mid 16's mainly on side spikes.

Generally top 4 places are within this time bracket. But normally the 1st 2 runs are a lot slower 18-20 secs as you get used to the condition of the pole. Im moving up to expert prob for the apf so will be a lot slower as im using toe spikes which i did a 24.95 seconds on, as its like learning to walk again
