Recommended Posts

lol.

battery life has always been an issue with all power tools, but they claim the ipad lasts all day? is it true? is that 8 hours battery?

guess i should go see!

Some applications will tax the battery more than others. They will have to transmit either 3g or wifi although I am sure you will be able to turn that off if needed.

On a recent flight (no 3g or wifi) a couple were playing games on the new toy. Between them it got a full 8 hours of work.

have you folk learnt nothing about apple products!?! i should even consider buying one of these, if at all untill the 2nd or 3rd generation come out, 500 plus buck for something that will be obsolete in a year seems a wee bit daft to me, but hey, gotta love the hippsters.

Got the macbook love it and does it all :thumbup1:

Personally wouldnt bother with a ipad or iphone unless I wanted to keep up with the kids in the playground.:001_tt2:

I break anything with a big screen so I try and avoid tablet types  n mac repair costs!

(Use samsung b2100 the only phone thats lasted more than 6mths dropped in river driven over it and links blue tooth etc)
