I recently sold my 260 (on ebay and got charged a fortune for the pleasure!!) and was looking to replace it with the 261 when it's released but have been using my 390 for everything and i love the old girl. Bit heavier than the 260 but don't know why i didn't use it more before!! Great review by the way.

I know you have said its different to the 260 but I still think that it will be the same boring rubbish saw after a while. And without trying to do the stihl vs huskey debate.....

The 346 can run an 18 inch bar and still not lose power or even for an extra £100 buy a 357 with even more power I just fail to see what is atractive about a saw that can only run a 13" and when a 15" comes on its nothing.
