Abseiling over brick wall.

if your suing a single line sysyem (which i would prefer ) i would be inclined to back the system up with a seprat line and a shunt , to run over the sharp edge at the top of the wall i woust highly reccomend a "Track" these can be bought from Petzel . we used to use a similar set up for I.R.A.T.A . The problem with using pipe or any thing similar is that although it protect from abraision but does not protect from the accute angle that the rope will be in whilst weight loaded . if your unsure of the set up or system go onto the petzel web site and im pretty sure they show you various applications in which their gear can be used . failing that give me a shout .
