Thanks guys

Recommended Posts

I thought... well recently Ive been doing a lot of thinking, things I need to move on, changes etc etc goals blah blah and i got to thinking how many of you guys have pushed me, encouraged me and become good mates, given me oportunities to work, gain experience, push my own limits etc etc

Dont get me wrong, theres a lot of you Im gratefull to, to the "proper boys" that make me giggle like Mick, deano, stephen, plippy, john, and others, even frank with his get out the way big balls atitude! lol:lol:

then theres the tech guys, the riggers the ropers the hitch climbers who i dont communicate with much, but admire and watch all the same, keep pushing the limits boys, its all good.

and the private moral supporters who PM me, you know who you are

But especialy the likes of Monkey, Batiarb, tony s, and in some repsects our mr bundle! the quiet one of our "clued up possy" for without your continued enterntaining of my "uneducated codscience" i would have not contributed half of what i have shared with this forum.

I am about to pull my finger out of my behind and take some of the great lessons and advice of many of you, Im going to get this dump up to scratch sold buy a landy and some kit, then follow my heart and my nose, and see where it all ends up!

I had lost a lot of confidence, mostly through a failed business, some from being held back proffesionaly, but thanks to you lot, im actualy starting to grow some balls again! and the best part of all, youve all made me realise, that first and foremost, this is a great way to earn a crust and secondly, its a LOT of fun. With a few of you also keeping it "interesting"

If it wasnt for AT i would probably be enrolling on a plumbers/electricians course within the next month or two, and THAT would be a waste.

So thanks guys, your the nuts!:thumbup1:

Tony, it has to be said, that the road was certainly rocky at the very begining, but your presence, your enthusiam, your experience & your ability to rise above adversity & help engage a lot of the membership........is a credit to you & indicative of the wide range of individuals that helps make this site tick & is precisely why AT is such a success.

Good luck in what ever the next chapter throws your way.

Good on you mate and good luck for the future, Wondered if you had taken a chill pill :001_tt2::thumbup:

I kind of have, I am not fighting an uphill struggle anymore, just letting it all happen and not "pushing" which honestly got me nowhere, in fact I went backwards.

I was trying to do it all, please my boss, the academics, my mortgage company who are sharks because of my situation and trying to keep me sane, now, Its all about ME and .............. to everything else, sell the house, buy a fracto some scopes and a landy, and follow my whim, where work or a lichen study program takes me:thumbup1:

Oh and a new camera! THATS critical!
