One of my friends started getting pain in his sack region whilst climbing on a big job, he was shocked to feel one of his nuts had swollen to the size of a large orange and the other had shrunk to the size of a small grape.......

 

..........he came out the tree and started to turn white, and said he felt sick, we carted him off the local A and E, turns out his tubes had got tangled. Ha ha, he said the nurses found it all very funny, prodding his giant nut. He can laugh about now, but he honestly thought he was going to die.

I like the way this thread was started to inform us of an important issue with some equipment and it decended into anecdotes about people's knackers - haha!

Once decended a smallish conifer. The ground was all Ivyed and my saw on ticover found itself in a partially covered tub of water.

The saw recovered after it was rushed to saw maintenance guy who stripped and dryed and oiled before it rusted inside.

Always clip it up to my belt now, and turn it off! Expensive bad practice that was.
