Fatality in Dorset

I just hope he was fully insured and the family receives the money without any hassell. It can never replace a life but it should relieve the financial stress.

In view of these fatalities I can forsee another round of insurance premium hikes, restrictions put on climbing heights and who is allowed to climb. Maybe it is time for all trees over a certain height to be tackled from an aerial platform but there again you can be killed falling off a pair of steps.

RIP Peter Philip Brian, could of happened to any one of us on a normal day, really makes me think and helps me not be complacent on the saws. my thoughts are with the family and friends left behind, must be hard to take in.

Absolute tragedy! One is too many, recent months absolutely dreadful frequency.

There is a vague idea I recall from years ago which may be of some use.

If it helps prevent one accident it will have been worthwhile so I'll post a new thread for general comment.
