That's a very nice find :thumbup1:.

 

It's a male Scarce Chaser and it's a red data list species. Where did you find it?

nice one, used to catch slow worms on the railway (st albans flyer)

 

We put tins down to see what reptiles we get on the site. We had reports of all 6 species of reptile but only got 4 (Grass Snake, Slow Worm, Adder and Common Lizard). We saw the Adder last month but none of us were wearing gauntlets so didnt want to pick it up.

They used to be really common when I was a wee kid along the railway owned land near me. I haven't seen any for years though.

Weird...copy cat threads ! I knew there was something funny about this forum !

 

I got a couple pics which Id like an ID on if atall possible. Looks like an alien nymph...what the hell is it ? :001_smile:
