Tracked TS

Please keep a eye open for a distinctive TS Tracked machine that was recently advertised on EBAY. The owner, Derek Harris, from Carmarthen has unfortunately been given a dud cheque. The machine is distinctive as there are very few TS tracked machines with a folding discharge chute, and this one is painted a deep blue colour. It is in very good condition as Derek cares for his kit and relatively low hours. Last seen in Sutton Coldfield. Any information received will be treated with utmost confidence.

I think he's probably kicking himself enough about taking a cheque for it now.

Stupid thing to do, but we've all been stupid at one time or another.

BTW, even if a cheque shows in your bank account as cleared, and the bank allow you to draw in it. It CAN still bounce. Worth thinking about for anyone who takes cheques when they sell stuff. IMO, you either turn up with a big hand full of cash, or you dont get it.:thumbup1:

I don't know the circumstances fully but it may have been a dodgy building society cheque or something. Seriel number on the chipper was W09011139 and triler was SCK60000080538545. Eyes open please, all web sites, sales rooms and other dark corners.
