If you are looking for keen, new members of your team, give Merrist Wood College a call. They have folk from the 10 week course finnishing soon. They will have all their starter NPTC tickets and a bit of theory behind them.

Then you can pound them into shape to suit your company!!

As for the 0630 start...................cant hlep you there mate. If they want it bad enough they will make the effort!!

Yo! finished merrist wood 10 week course a few months back, live in Warfield next to ascot and im used to the drive into guildford! Worked with Wentworth tree care for a day (haha a day!), calibra on and off recently but they cant offer me full time work. Been doing a few small private jobs to make ends meet so ive got my own climbing kit and PPE

 

passed 30, 31 38, 39 good tree and shrub knowledge .... Im sure Jack K would give you a reference from merrist wood if you wanted to do a background check.
