I have just been offered a place on the cs30/31 course at kingswood at the end of the month and was expecting to pay around £500 ish.

that's what's on their website so i thought ok?

I got their invoice and it seems that the course with assessment is £875! inc vat :scared:

Is this the normal price everyone charges?

Think of it a long-term an investment in your future career. Employers are well aware of the cost of CS units and will be well impressed you you've put yourself through them! I took a lad on two years ago who put himself through the climbing and he's proved himself time and time again.

Plus... If you pay for your CS units yourself your going to be well motivated to pass ! :fisheye:

think my 30 and 31 combined cost something to the tune of 500 odd quid including assessments. the assessments cost 75 a piece and the other 350 was the tuition. was a monday to thursday course with assessment on the friday.

got my 38 coming up when ive spent some more time in the trees.

in hindsight i woudl have gone to college to do them, but im making up for it and paying myself through them. agreed, its an investment!
