Everybody has different experiences of the same suppliers. I'm sure we have all had instances when we have had to let customers down or move dates due to kit breaking staff ill etc.

 

True, i am sure a supplier knows who and to what extent they can mess people around, i guess another way of putting it is they know which way there bread is buttered.....

We all suffer from the occasional crisis.

 

What matters is how the crisis is managed. I would rather be given an honest excuse for a delay or problem than be fed BS because the excuser to too lame or timid to face the problem. A heartfelt "Sorry" costs nowt and is very valuable.
