Been shopping around today, looking for something to drag a rake behind etc, waddya think, should get a couple of gardens worth of power between charges. with a hitch on the back should be able to manouvre the Jo-Beau about fairly easy:thumbup1:

Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM tablets plus cod liver oil helps me with wrist, elbow, knee and hip probs.

 

Didnt work overnight but then realised that I didnt have as much pain as usual.

As others have said, loose weight and avoid cheap supplements. Carrying less weight is prob the best way to prolong the useful life of joints. Cheap supplements dont contain ingriedients that are easily absorbed so even high doses aren't as effective as the better quality ones.

Dont be so down in the mouth about it Andy. You can still stay active with a zimmer or better still get the deluxe version with wheels.

Andy i've been working in the injury treatment/rehab field for a while whilst sorting my own injuries(and i'm now fit to come back to tree work) and whilst it's all been covered in the advice that's already been offered if there's anything else i can offer or if you need a second opinion on the subject feel free to ask.

 

Likewise to everybody else if i can help-feel free, i've gained some interesting insight into wear/tear/injuries related to tree work, most of it very treatable/manageable.:thumbup:
