I I admit I am a bit anal when it comes to mechanical engineering and everything has to be right and to within a thou and as a result my gear is in tip top condition.

But Dean your log splitter is Knackered!!!!!

The splitter is second hand :bash:

This is what grease does on a relatively little used splitter.

No thats what frying pan coating do, both my splitters are lubed with good awd axle grease and are both working, in fact would you like to borrow one while YOURS is KNACKERED:lol:

Looks a crap design, a bit toyish you need a proper one that takes grease and lasts a bit.

Crap design, tell thor that, it's the highest spec and biggest tonnage one they do :laugh1:

I would have said there's "room for improvement" on the design

I have bought an axe but can't find anyone in brighouse or huddersfield dumb enough to swing it, was thinking of advertising for someone from the leeds area, apparently theres plenty still swinging axes there

I thought as much, it was occuring to me that that area would be a good place to start looking.

Now the next criteria is looks, dont want them scaring the customers.

I may need to look eslewhere unless I can find a x breed with the brain dead axe swinging skills of someone from leeds but the looks of someone from brighouse
