I have a terrain TH3,(mine is not in hi-viz) but they do them in white with hi viz vent inserts, which are also photo luminsecent so if working in dark or low light conditions they illuminate quite nicely would imagine they would be really handy if doing work at night!

for some reason in the forestry helmet part of the site, the colours are limited, but i would give them a ring as they are very helpful, i have had mine since beginning of decemeber, and i think its a good helmet, wear it on the quad, strimming, splitting logs mainly cos i had fm defenders fitted as well

dont know i dont work that quickly :blushing:

no seriously the only time i have got to hot is when i have been wielding an axe splitting timber whilst wanting to listen to the radio, the vents arent huge, on it, and it sits on your head like a push bike helmet, its not a harness, but to be honest, i prefer it to my husky and petzl helmets, i just find it more comfortable, and pretty stable, they do look pretty bulky and heavy but even with fm defenders on they arent to bad, i might nip and weight mine just out of interst

i only ask mate as thats the problem i have with the Stein, its amazingly hot on my head, Ill see if anywhere near me stocks the ones like yours and go and have a look see :thumbup1:

yes give the guy a shout, hes helpful enough, turn out the th3 with sordin dual pro fm defenders is less than 200grams heavier than a basic husky helmet

Hi Yve, Does it have the same inside padding as the Climbing helmet??

If its not as hot to wear, I may get one, I take it i could just take the mesh visor and my uprated ear defenders off my climbing helmet and stick them on the ground one??
