Mix of flexothene and then Swazi/kaiwaka/betacraft. I'm still out feeding up in my 15year old cut and climb, no hay sticks to that, so porous that hat goes through it along with the rain!

What do you farm?

Do you not wince at geting grease, hydraulic oil etc on pricey stuff like Swazi/Kaiwaka/Betacraft?

I was farming children but it hasn't been that profitable so have packed in the breeding program.

Generally I chuck overalls on if I know I am doing some mechanicky type stuff but you can't always plan your breakdowns. Track off the chipper twice the week before Christmas, one time I had just tracked through a t-rex size dog egg! 🤢. Got a bit mucky then, grease not dog shit, nearly new sip keiu jacket on.

On the farm the cow and sheep crap can stain your clothes easily but if it was a dedicated farm waterproof then I probably wouldn't be fussed and about the state of it.

I've started wearing a waterproof skirt (bit of tarp I found) to walk the dog. Saves putting waterproof trousers on. Useful when wet dog or wet grass brushes your leg. I give it about a week before someone paints PEDO on the front of my house.

A whole week? Do you live in Brighton?

I ment to say round here it's a mix of flexothene and then really rather expensive clobber. As mentioned I am mostly in flexothene bibs with an ex RAF jacket or old sip or cut climb- just so any birds on the footpath know I climbed a tree once.
