I just keep going back to the pfanner  nanosheild , although eye watering for a jacket that I usually get full of thorns or put a 395 dog in as I did to a brand new one this week they seem to offer the best in comfort and work best to the layers I use to keep warm or more importantly cool when working , I like the pocket layout and detachable hood too.

only Swazi I ever owned I could not wear for work as even in minus conditions it was too warm!

@Mark Bolam how was the coat today. 

 

I got bloody soaked, farm bib and brace dont breath so I can't tell if it was sweat or rain, but trousers a little on the damp. Bit of climbing today so wet up to the elbows. It was wringing out of the rope on the descents, Like a dingy on the channel it was not welcome.

Absolutely gopping all day here. Yellow warning for rain, probably not as bad as forecast on the day.  Really slowed my tricky job, could have done with a second coat, or maybe a third!
