I understand there's a Butchers up in Darwin, that sells Squirrel pies.

Never had the chance to try one, personally tho.

 

 

By all means. Forays should always be accommodated. A mate of mine made a Squirrel terrine once. That was pretty good. I caught and skinned them, but didn't have the patience for the somewhat tedious butchery, so he did that bit. I've an idea we needed 7 animals for it, as there's not much meat on them obviously, other than the back legs. 

 

I'd love it to be on sale in more butchers and even supermarkets. Even just as Squirrel Nuggets if the manual butchery is too big an ask.
