What a load of bollox. Opportunistic pushing of an agenda by the AA. From what I remember they weren't even Tree Surgeons. The main man ran a Ground Works company, (and occasionally cut down trees), and the lackey was a mechanic or something else  unrelated to trees.

I once rode a bicycle naked through a speed trap. Cycling Weekly were very snooty about it, presumably because my bike wasn't appointed with at least Ultegra. I also look forward to the Conglomerated Association of Removalmen and Tutstorers denouncing unprofessional dwellinghouse burglaries.

AA can go F themselves. I will never be a part of that organisation and I don't need to be. Anyone who isn't part of their money making scheme is seen as a tin pot business. There is a snobby culture that goes with the AA
