Pallet wood broom rack

Looks like "pallet wood" to me, would need to see a photo of the whole pallet to make a proper assessment though. 

 

In all seriousness that's surely a piece of oak?

I once had a load of pallets that had originated in New Zealand, they were made of some extraordinarily nice hardwood. Probably made from offcuts from a sawmill

Point being it could have come from anywhere in the world and be some exotic hardwood that nobody on here has ever seen.

I may have to go back and salvage the rest of that pallet then 🙄 broom rack holders coming to eBay soon, super rare and only £60 each

It's in the east wing and only the staff food is prepared there, all his refreshments come from the gallery kitchen downstairs.

 

If you ever need someone to service the dumb waiter, I know a guy.
