I remember a decent length drive with a mate not long after Chester Bennington killed himself. We sang along to a load of Linkin Park. My mate remarks, "If only there was some way to have seen this coming."

Goldenroot, Rhodiola rosea, well worth a go. Big improvement on the auld sertraline.

 

Try and get some for the garden if you can, but it is also available at your local Holland and Barret.

Thank you Bud, I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, it’s a bastard of an illness, but I’m a great believer in pushing on, I might get down at times but I’ll be fecked if it will beat me.
