Pretty sure equine passports and registration has been around for years although as with many things it’s only the law abiding that comply.

Wasn't that the point of Covid, Bill Gates microchipping the vaccines so that Elon musk can join up with the illuminati and we are all to be controlled by (and this is where It's getting a bit vague) the Chinese / Bush / Clintons / Putin / Zuckerberg

God only knows, just seems like a lot more pointless paperwork especially for poultry, will fowl be next?.

 

I've long thought horses and such should be ear tagged, but really it should have been at the same time as sheep and cattle, using the RFID studs.

Poultry are the same as fowl?
 
The 50 million pheasants released every yr might help spread some flu?
