i done some work for a large firm that paid a immergrant £80 a week, as soon i found out i left, i been in this game now for 35 to 40 years and notice more and more tree firms abuseing this form of cheap labour

Are you one of those people who think they don't pay themselves much, even though you have vehicles to drive and a house etc.

 

MAybe you don't draw much spending money at the moment, times are hard, but tis not the same as earning 80 a week is it?

Im on 125 quid a week as an apprentice have no tickets tree surgery firms can pay poor monney. And do you cant pay someone unqulified the same as someone qualified plus a east european cant complain nconsidering he was geting half if not less back home

So applying that rationale, assume you'd have no objections at all to a firm setting up down the road from you employing all, lets say, Philipino labour on £5 a day and under cutting every job you quote on? After all, they wouldn't be getting half that money at home..
