I don't see why not you would need to check though.Most of the self builds I work on people supply their own materials. You can claim it back in stages as the building goes up. 3 claims normally.

Thankfully in Norway its predominantly single man cabins so no need for Bunks or Bunk Curtains. But everywhere else its 2-8 man occupancy. If you dared to try and close the curtain it generally just crumbled in your hands.

Unfortunately no hot bunking. Just a Cabin much like on a Cruise Ship but smaller all to yourself 24 hours a day. After my lunch I've been going to bed for a power nap til 2-3pm then pop back to the office and surf 9gag til dinner at 6pm.
