I do with an air line every week. its amaising how much crap gets in there.

No, this is only applicable to full size chippers and not toys.

I always recommended that even air cooled machines need the fins on the pots blowing out or any residue left in there could induce hot spots in the barrel.

i give mine a good spraying with traffic film remover leave to penatrate ,then rinse thru with hose pipe ,not under pressure ,just let the water trickle thru the finns ,works fine
