Echo 2500T - replacement bar and chain 12'

Hi,

I am looking at getting a replacement 12' bar and chain for my Echo 2500T, was wondering if anyone knows somewhere I can buy them from online? And does a 12' stihl bar and chain fit on them?

You can get a stihl bar to fit, just have to re drill the tensioner hole. I wouldn’t get a panther bar until they’ve sorted the manufacturing out.

You’ll also have to make sure the saw has a 1/4” sprocket rather than the 3/8” one

I have a panther one from there. Seems good.

I also used their chains, didn't seem good. So on my 2500 I have a panther bar and stihl chain. No complaints on that combo

No you don't, just buy the 57dl chain for the 161

 

I run stihl bars and chains on my echo. The panther bars I've had have skates been pretty short lived.
